I've completed all Cyrodill guild quests/main quests, as well as the Knights expansion. In Shivering Isles, on the quest "Lady of Paranoia", I wait until midnight, and the two characters I'm suppose to overhear show up for their secret conversation. I've tried numerous times, staying in sneak and hidden at all times, but the two characters will not begin to talk. I even have a great chameleon ring, i am a master of sneak, and I've followed the gamefaqs guides as to how to complete this quest. I deleted and reloaded the shivering isles expansion, thinking that a clean slate may work. It is the same, the characters will not start their conversation. I'm losing my mind! Any help? Any at all?
Maybe it's similer to that quest in the imperial city in the market dissecrect where u had to hide behind some bushes? trying hiding in different spots???
i don't have shivering isles so i don't no wht to tell u?
