Oblivion Mages Guild Quest

This has been asked at least a 100 times, but non of the solutions work for me. It is the quest in Skingrad where you have to kill the vampires and deal with vampire hunters. So now I am in a position where the vampires are dead and I have to kill the vampire hunters. One of the solutions is so cast frenzy on them, but it doesnt seem to work. My character is lvl 28, so I assume the vampire hunters are +1 level more than I am, and the most level you can get the spell frenzy to affect is level 25. I dont want to get a bounty on killing them and I dont want my infamy to rise. Any Ideas?

You have to kill the hunters? I don't remember that. They all got killed by the Vamps and I just had to go in and clean house. IDK, I don't have a solution for ya, sorry.

If i remember correctly the vampires are staying at the Two Sisters Lodge. If this is correct then they are all sleeping in different rooms so you sneak into each room and kill them without being noticed.

I was level 36 at the time. I told the Hunters where the vampires were and as soon as they got in the cave I destroyed both the Vampre Hunters and the Vampires. I'm a pure swordsman in that game, I don't use magic, I breezed right through the Mages Guild because most of the enemies were poorly armed and had no armor. If you want to make the game a little easier invest in some items that give you chameleon. I have an amulet, two rings, and a cuirass that when worn give me 110% chameleon. I can attack people and they just stand there.
