Depends. If you like playing single-player more than online games just get Oblivion. If you like playing online games get Xbox Live Gold. But do sign onto Xbox Live Silver.
yea i got to keep in mind i only get minimum wage so in missouri its 6.50 and im only 17 so i get average 180 but with taxes taken out i get 150 average.
I must be one of the minority on these forums who absolutely loathes oblivion, I say get XBL, so much fun, if you're into dull first person sword combat then go ahead and get oblivion, if you want to play against thousands of gamers from around the world in any live enabled game you buy, get XBL

its way more then just swinging a sword i can tell you that.Yeah, I know, but you're gonna need to swing that sword if you're going to get any of the amazing amount of content in the game done, I bought the game, I attempted to like it, but the dull combat just destroyed it for me, if they had a good combat system i'm sure it'd be one of my top 360 games, but that didn't happen
Get Oblivion. Just make sure to make your gamertag on your 360, not on the website, and decline all requests to upgrade to gold until it says you qualify for a free month of Gold. You'll have to make a new gamertag with a new email address every month (up to 3 times), but hey, it's free.

 u have RSV, so get Live. Or if u can make enough to buy live in like in a month simply sign up and get your free month gold trial membership, then purchase live

ill beat that:) i got my live supscription for $19.99. Sears had a misprint, and CompUSA matched it:)
Tough choice, but if I had to choose, I would go with Xbox Live. You already got RB6V, which is a really good game, online. You should get Oblivion later though.
