yup, the poster above me is correct, they don't make games anymore. However, I'd still like to see Stranger's Wrath gain backwards compatibility on my 360.
And yeah I only recall there being 4 Oddworld games. The first 2 Oddworld's on the PSone, the one that launched with the 360 and then Strangers Wrath. I beleive there was also an Oddworld RTS they were working on that was scrapped. Wonder if that was supposed to be the forth game.
I'd love to see a quality studio pick up the rights to Oddworld if the developers don't want to make games anymore. Someone like Rare or Insomniac could probably do a great job.
Yeah I believe the company quit making video games and moved onto CGI for movies. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.ZacharyT1
Well they are going to be working on a movie and TV show (or something like that) but not any games atm. There is still a chance of more games but nothing in the near future unfortunately.
it was confirmed last month that the original creators of oddworld stopped attempting to make movies and are working on games again and it was also confirmed that they will be hitting the drawing boards for a new oddworld game. someone could have alrady posted it idk im to lazy to check all of the messages if anyone wants to know more (which there isnt much) heres the link to the site
I was getting more, and more upset after reading each post thinking there will never be another Oddworld game I almost stopped reading, but then the link appeare :) I'm really glad they're working on another Oddworld game so I can drink virtual Mountain Dew lol.
