Mass Effect and Call of Duty 4. After playing the Call of Duty 4 demo on my PC, it's got GOTY potential along with Mass Effect. Trade in Halo 3 and get those two games :)Staryoshi87
Why would he trade in Halo 3 when he clearly said he can afford 2 games for fall?
well no doubt that all of those will be great games, bioshock already being a great game, so some time or another ur gonna want to have all of them. but if money restricts u for a little while, its a toss up for me between CoD4 and mass effect. mass effect looks to have an amazing story, great visuals, and a revolutionary conversation system. CoD4, on the other hand, looks to have fast, intense gameplay, remarkable visuals, and from my experience w/ the beta, the best online multiplayer ive ever played (yes, even better than halo, and i love halo multiplayer). if u werent in the beta then u dont know, but its great, and sneaking up on someone and knifing them in the back is one of the most satisfying kills in a shooter, lol in my opinion. i loved it, so sneaky like
Im guessing mass effect is going to be the usual fair for them, good talking scenes bad everything else so CoD takes it.teebeenz
I guess you don't know what Bioware is capable of. What a shame.
Anyways, I gotta go with Assassin's Creed and Mass Effect. I have the COD4 Demo on PC and to be honest, it's not that great.

For one, H3 will be rendered obsolete
[QUOTE="BioShockOwnz"]I guess you don't know what Bioware is capable of.teebeenzBioware is well known for making one of the worst game engines ever, I have no reason to believe theyll change, but you never know.
Well, you always seem to be anti-MS and anti- 360 exclusives, so whatever.
doesnt make you right either. KoTOR was a great game, baldurs gate 1 and 2 were great as well. Never winter nights had its issues but the fact it was so easy to make your own games it was pretty revolutionary as well. They didnt make Kotor 2 or NWN 2 so those do not count.
and yet saying that does not make me wrong.

I don't care how you feel about their engines. Baldur's Gate, Neverwinter Nights and KOTOR are better than most games out there. Yes, you're incorrect.

lol halo is not gonna be rendered obsolete anytime soon. people that like to hate on halo just dont get it. no matter how bad they think the game is, no game is ever gonna be a "halo killer" or as u say, render halo obsolete. theres just way way too many people that love the franchise for that. halo will continue to be played for a long, long time

Unless a game/franchise came out that was equally as awesome as Halo. Of course what I think people fail to realize, is that Halo isn't just a FPS, it is a brilliantly deep and crafted story line, so to beat Halo, you need both.
Mass Effect will definitely give you the most replay of any of those games, and I just think it is going to be the best one. So I say go with Mass Effect.
And I played CoD4 and it is a great multiplayer and will provide a lot of entertainment. But Assassins Creed looks good too, so choose between those two for your second choice.

Yeah as soon as COD4 comes out I'm not gonna be playing H3 anymore and a lot of my friends are doing the same.
i suppose it depends what your into.
Im defenitly going with mass effect, because im a story driven game lover. But if intense multiplayer is your thing, then its obviously COD4.
And dont be so quick to dismiss Bioshock, it was one of the best games ive ever played, and the story is great, it even had a part that made me say "oh snap!"

Well, Actually I believe they're well known for making great games although to be honest I haven't played all their games I've only played Jade Empire, KOTOR1,2, and Baldurs Gate also a Neverwinters Night demo but that doesn't really count.
