I'm looking to buy 360, since ps3 doesnt have nearly as much good game as 360.

Iwent to gamestop to check the prices on different xbox. And it turned out, the only major difference between the versions are the size of the hard drive(unless ive been mislead, and if i have please correct me as you see fit). The cheapest one doesnt even have its own hard drive; instead we can attach a memory card which is very small (if im wrong about this please input as well). so Im wondering; is 20g xbox worth paying extra 100+ dollars more?

Yes. Do not even mess with that Core/Arcade bundles. They are utter utter trash and should never have been released on Microsoft's part.

Not packing in a HD with EVERY 360 was a sore mistake by Microsoft and if you make the mistake on going without one initially you will be paying out the arse for it and everything else they didn't pack in (cables and like) on that retarded Core/Arcade pack.

Hahah yeah, nice avatar!

Its best just to go with the pro system. If you buy a core system you will not get a wireless controller, a headset, an ethernet cable, or a hard drive. And if you went out and bought all of these it would cost you well over the $100 you save buying a core system.

Before this topic falls too far off topic I thought I'd give you a link kmasterflex3128.

http://www.xbox.com/en-US/hardware/compare101.htm

If you go to that page on the Xbox website, there is a nice comparison chart of the different consoles.

Don't forget the HD compnent cables! Those alone will cost you like $40, 20 gig HD about $90, headset about $10, and wireless controllers are $50 compared to $40 for wired ones. Not mentioned on the xbox site is the basic media remote which is actually not sold seperately.

Choice is yours but the core sucks and trust me you want the hard drive if only so you dun have to mess with those retarded memory cards which hold basically nothing. I got HD trailers that are larger than that whole memory card.

When i purchased my 360 there was no Elite model. Unfortunately I just payed 170 for the upgraded hard drive. I also have no HDMI port I ended up moving on with the VGA cables. If I had the option I would pay for the elite. It is a much better decision in the long run especially with originals taking 2-4 gig of space addons taking close to 1 gig. It helps to have the extra space to move. So get the elite it is definelty worth the extra money.
