Alright, I hate making these topics... But I'm caught in somewhat of a jam 'ere. I got $25 to spend, and of course there are plenty to choose from at my local Gamestop. From what I hear, all these games are good... But, I am looking for something that has more of a "BANG" in single player. I already have Splinter Cell Double Agent and Gears of War, so I'm set for multi-player. (At least somewhat, once I get the cash... Rainbow Six and GRAW2 will be calling my name...) Anyways, the main games that have my eyes are...

Prey
Perfect Dark Zero
Condemed
Quake 4

And to boot, I am totally aware that they are all FPS games. The real question is, which would have the better single player from actual gamer prespectives. You really can't rely on reviews these days, since they mostly boil onto the bad.

in my opinion i think you are better off saving that cash for better titles. If i absolutely had to pick one it would probably be prey since its the most recent, not that its all that anyway

Quake for the 360 is weak, perfect dark is hmmm...not so perfect, condemned is cool but its not really a shooter and it gets depressing.

Of those games you mentioned I would go with Condemned. Its not really a first person shooter so it will rpovide you with something different and it is a top game. Prey and Perfect Dark Zero arent too bad but if you dont go with Condemned either one of those will do you fine though I think Prey has a slight advantage there. You should put Quake 4 out of your mind.

I personally am a fan of FPS and racing games (simulation over street racing, of course)

Halo, Halo 2, COD2, COD3, Chromehounds, PGR 1, 2, 3, Forza, and Forza 2 when it comes out, Need for Speed(most wanted, Carbon) GRAW 1, 2, and most recently NHL 07. but i usually stay away from sports games as they have a very low resale value.

Online play is good for all of these titles with the exceptions of halo(NA) and COD2(online play was horrible, but I did manage to get a few nights of 4 on 4 system link in my dorm.

I hate gears of war

I would go with either condemned or quake 4, both have awesome single player, although condemned is a lil short.
