its at least capable of HD, if that's what you're askinghooktonfonnix88
Its because im thinking of getting the HD DVD add on. and I want to know if I got ripped off or not.
Does it have the HD conponent openings at the back (where you plug in you're HD cables) if so then yer it's hdX360GurlYes it does have Componenet Plugs (Green Blue Red, right?)
if you look on the component plugs on you're xbox 360 cables there should be 6 cable, the back of you're tv should have 5 different colour plugs for you to put you're component cables into.X360GurlIt has Green, blue, red, yellow, red, white,

Plug you're X360 cables in and you are HD ready!
There is a 99% chance that it is HD. There are some widescreen, flat panel tvs that are marketed as "Enhanced Definition" (ED). What Id do is hook your 360 up with the component cables and then adjust the resolution. If you see something at 720p or i (or higher) I believe it meets the HD definition (I believe 480p is not considered HD).If you don't see anything, then you don't have an HDTV.

Ok STOP right there...the HD DVD add on is not going to make any difference on a 20" tv regardless if it is HD or notyeah, the hd-dvd add-on really is not going to make much of a difference on a 20" tv... i wouldn't recommend it.
also, lcd monitors are pretty much always "hd". computers were doing high def way before tvs, with resolutions like 800 X 600 and higher being much closer to high def than progressive scan... i would just about guarantee it's an hd capable monitor, unless you bought it like 10 years ago.
why not just tell us the model number? or even better go to google and google it. rgsniper1
