omg, bout to kill myself, brand new Rainbow Six game keeps locking up, can't...

even play it!  I also just got a new controller, and I don't know if its getting confused or what.  But for one, it gets all confused when ever you try to sign in and it doesn't know who to let control it.  So it doesn't let either controller control it.  You get to the start screen and you can't even press start sometimes.  It worked fine the first time i played it.  Then we turned it off and came back and it started screwin up.  Idk what to do, if i should call gamespot up, or if I should call the xbox help line and talk to the indians or i should call Tom Clancy himself...  Somebody please help me.  Only serious help, if you leave stupid comments like, its your internet connection, i will stab you in the jaw.  I don't even have live.

 and it is a 360 by the way and its rs:vegas.  One controller is wireless the other has a wire
