If it didn't already have the newest drive and chips, isn't it more like euthanasia?

I can't say for sure whether or not the TCs 360 got returned with an HDMI port, but it is possible as MS confirmed that the new premiums (at the lower price) would have HDMI

They can't really prove you've done anything to it, and they can't really say anything, ehat with the whole not wanting to actually admit the 360's design is faulty.

My 360 broke so i sent it in and i got a new one this morning and i opened it up and i saw a cable and it was an HDMI cable, and then i looked at the back of the 360 and it had a HDMI port!!!!OMG and i plugged it in and it was half as loud as my old one, so does this mean all of the replacement 360's are all hdmi'd premiums? Also if u want me to post picks, i can when i get home from work, but thats not going to prove anything cus i could have gone out and bought a new premium, but if u want me to i will when i get home from work.justin121390

MS is probably just getting as many non-HDMI 360's off the market as it can. It's easier just to wait until someone sends it in for repairs, then swap it out. I guess.

Edit: but honestly, what's the difference in HDMI, VGA and component if your TV on displays 720p max? I'd like to see 3 side by side comparisons of the three. I use VGA and since the update, it looks better than component and has less tearing. I've also noticed that there's a lot less slow down with VGA then with component.
