omg! i think im getting a new 360 for FREE!!

ok i just got the red rings thing. i called customer support at the middle of this week to get it repaired. i havent got the prepaid box they were gonna send me yet but when i called to check on something on customer support they said i had an active 360 getting repaired. i said OK thats cool but then the voice spoke on...IT SAID (not word for word) YOU will be getting your xbox360 in up to 5 buisness days!!! i thot i was only gonna get a box!! they said xbox360!! omg is this true or does tis always happen?????
