Callen 3, Rock Band isdeveloped by Harmonix, whodeveloped Guitar Hero...they didn't steal anything. RedOctane published Guitar Hero and I guess they had the license to the name? So tahts why Activision is developing Guitar Hero 3.

I never really cared for the music selection in any of these games. And i also found playing GH embarrising for me.
