My cousin and I played it from 12pm yesterday till almost 10pm... we stopped once to eat, but that was like 10min stop... It may be a game that can get old fast, but until then, it is an awesome game!
I was really hesitant about this game at first but I broke down and bought it last night. I played it for about 3 hours before I went to bed. It is really addicting and a lot more fun than I thought it would be. I am pleasantly surprised by the game so far. Hopefully, I won't end up being disappointed.
I think he is referring to the fact that there isn't anyone left to kill except civilians.jonkirst
Well let's see.....it's a game in which the point or the goal is to abolish crime in a city....so I'd say if you get to teh point where there's no bad guys to shoot, you win! *clap* Start over.
yeah its addicting, but i beat it in 2 days! and dont say i didnt do anything i have 455 agility orbs, 107 hidden orbs and im at 4 stars on everything except driving and have maxed out agility... doing the races today then tackling co-op
It's certainly better than many people expected. One of the best games I've played on the console so far, and that's high praise. Another exclusive feather in Microsoft's hat.

This is what I keep hearing but I'm still skeptical. I really didnt like how your car could send other cars flying without taking any damage. It was like those horrible burn-out games.
It is an awesome game. Every night this week, I've been up playing it way past when I should have quit. I'm struggling today at work due to lack of sleep. It is going to be a Crackdown weekend. :)

agreed...I have played this game 4-5 hours straight the last 3 evenings and I can't get enough. I spent close to 3 hours last night trying to figure out new ways to create large pile ups with cars.....can't wait to see what they do if they do a sequel....
I spent an enitre 3 hours last night, simply looking for orbs on the first island. Got all suped up to take on the Russians. Passed out on the couch...

I must admit that I do not understand the score in GS review of Crackdown - i usually agree with the score granted by GS, but this time I totally disagree - the game, in my opinion, is absolutely great .... I just got it today and already spent many hours playing it. It is superior to other games that it mimics, such as, say, Saints Row ... this however is only my subjective take on this matter.
I love it too man... absolutely love it. The environment they created is one of the most beautiful, fun places in any game I've seen - you can just explore it for hours.
Rooftop races and driving courses are great too. Co-op really makes this game click that much more. It's hilarious some of the crap you can do, grenades + a pile of cars + the death squad coming after you = mass carnage!
Damn I'm staring at 2 copies of Crackdown right now at my work desk. Gonna be playing it with my bro on our 360's when I get home. I got a feeling my whole weekend is going to be spent in Pacific City!!!

Isn't that the truth. I was just driving around, minding my own business, when I ran into a group of these guys on the street. My car barely smacked into one of theirs and they got out, apparently raving mad that I dented their car (it wasn't more than a scratch, I promise!). I pulled out my shotgun about to pump some lead into them when they fired their weapons. I tried ducking behind cover, but they wasted me so quickly that the narrator couldn't even warn me of low armor (I have difficulty set to psychotic, BTW). *Sheesh* I need to get some skills. Skills for kills, Agent. Skills for kills!
I had to Trade in 4 of my 360 games just to get it this morning and its so totaly Sweet, im just loving jumping from rooftop to rooftop i hardlyy do anything else ^^

Exactly!! They did a great job of making hte city PULL YOU IN.. i love it! Also i enjoy the sense of HEIGHT, when you on top of a massive building... it actually feels real (:

I have had it for 9 days nowand i am only half way done hte missions.. there is so much more to do besides the missions. Why do all the missions in a day or two? thats sislly to me.. why not save some of em.. there is so many other things to do in this great game! The missions will prolly last me months!
Finding orbs is extremely addictive...I get one, then I see one in the distance, so I have to get it. I look at the clock, it's 6:45pm, a few more agility orbs, hidden orbs...it's 10:00pm!!! WTF
I also love messing around with the physics in this game and the ragdoll effects. SO fun.

Rarely does a game grab me into a 4 hour session right off the bat, but last night thats exactly what happend while playing Co-Op with my brother. We played for 4 hours only taking down two bosses and capturing a few ammo points, the rest of the time was just dicking around with random things, the ramp truck, the los muertos car thats can do wheelies, its funny just watching your coop partner from the rooftops driving around like a mad man and thats just the stuff you can do in cars. If you don't have someone to play with in Co-Op though I can see this getting old, but everybodies got somebody cause of Live. And originally I was buying it half for the halo beta, hell I think Im gonna get my moneys worth just from the gameplay time this weekend.
