Well, I really wanted to get back a 360, and I researched a lot of articles, dev diaries, video interviews and all of that and it scares me. You ask why it scares me? Well I love the Xbox 360 and want to get back one, but the problem is this Natal Project is scaring me away.

It's scaring me away because I don't want to buy an Xbox 360 and ALL of the games are going to revolved Natal. I want my to play with 360 controller only. Like Gears 1 is my favorite game of all time, would they dare put Natal in gears 3? Things like that I'm scared that the 360 industry will move straight to motion controlled games, and forget about the people who want to use the normal controller and play.

Do you think they will have seperate games for Natal, or is Natal going to take over all games? Please help, so I can decide to get one or not.

Thanks,

Justin

microsoft is going to release Natal with afew launch titles and update some games to be compatible with Natal. i doubt they will forget they're roots and start forcing major developers to create games JUST for it.

I also think if games have a Natal option, that may take away the quality of delevopment for the normal controller part of the games.

As one of our rightful leader have said,See through things as they r going to change.

I think Natal have a bright future but as long as most player still need a reliable controllor,I think Natal is not going to take over all games not even as a plus into all games.(I still think a reliable Natal is still something float in the air not something is good enough to meet its chellenge)

IMO,you can buy one 360 now!And the sooner the better!!!

No, some games just wouldnt work with it. MS and most of the 3rd party developers are smart enough to realise this.

lol dude the xbox 360 is not turning into wii..

xbox 360 was designed for hardcore and casual gamers so there for the controller is going nowhere. the wii was design for young group and casual gamers.

the natal is just a way for microsoft to bring in some will costumers and more casual gamers and boost sales like wii. the same thing is happening for the ps3.

also EPIC has areDY comfirmed that they not working with it because there not interested in it. also there is only like 5 company's working on natal project that's been announced

I feel the same way. Motion sensing is fun, but I really dont want it to happen to all consoles. Like others have stated, I prefer to be sitting back with a controller in my hands instead of flailing my arms around. As long as Xbox keeps quality games coming out for controller play then I'll be happy.

i doubt the complete transition will happen instantaneously if at all, controllers have been apart of gaming since the dawn of computers and im sure companies will be making games for regular controllers for years to come

I'm a lil concerned too.

But ultimately, I like the step.

As long as its an option and not a mandate to be used in future titles.
