Multiplayer def counts. I would have to end up choosing COD 4, the game is insane, the graphics the game play. sometimes when i play i just watch what the other guys on my team do, their actions and facial expression its awesome. When i play it i cant put it down and when i do i cant wait to play some more, 4 hours go by like nothing when playin.

Oh....if multiplayer counts then it has to be an online game in my opinion. Gears of War. I still have been playing at least an hour every day and its been over a year.
If it can be an online game, it would have to be an MMO, like WoW or something, you can pretty much play those games forever, and they are continually updated with new content, so it would basically be like getting a new game, even though you aren't.
I just stated playing CoD4 MP today. I rented the game a month ago, liked the SP, hated the MP. But now I'm borrowing my friends copy and I can't put it down! I ranked up like 10 levels oO
Marvel: Ultimate Alliance, because the replay is so high. So many different character combinations and builds. While not my favorite game, the post did say I had to have one game forever. Replay would be key then.
