There is people like that from all nationalities and backgrounds, they just think they make themselves feel cool by bringing others down.

Give them bad feedback or file a complaint. I'll do those or mute/ignore them since if they have to do that, its not worth playing with them.

Yesterday this one kid was soooo angry that me and my cousin whooped him at Vegas2/Total Conquest, that he started to send my cousin messages saying " I HATE CANADIANS!! DIE DIE!" haha, dude was so angry haha :P

The annoying kids who are singing and screaming i really get annoyed with, but there are also some reall cool younger kids who dont scream and sing all the time.

I would make that N-word fully blocked. You will get modded for it other wise.

Also you should not be offended by any one on live as they are most likely only talking that way because they are not in front of you so you can't do anything about it. They most likely would not say it to any ones face.

Yep. Unless I'm playing a team-based game, I usually mute everyone in the lobby. If you're playing deathmatch, there's no reason to be talking. I played shooters for a decade without a microphone, and everything worked just fine. There was a certain balance in the keyboard days. If you stopped to press "Y" and type some smack, then you weren't able to play the game. That should be an option in todays shooters: If you open your mouth, then you're imobilized as long as you're speaking.

Enough threads like this already..Xbox live will never be how anybody wants it. There will always be problems with the community..

It's not a question of 'get over it or dont play' some people would like to play with other individuals who just enjoy playing the game without the non sense language or trash talk.

And as far as the trash talk goes, I wouldn't be offended by what anyone says cuz in the world of virtual space everyone is 6'9" 300 lbs and talks tough... gives them the opportunity to feel good about themselves without getting their head knocked off.
