Only One XBOX 360 since 2005 anyone?

I bought my first 360 last Feb (2008), the graphics card through a wobbler over the festive season, so I bought No 2. Thinking about it just now I was wondering, has anyone out there managed to survive on one console since 2005 when they were released? If so - well done!

I have my doubtsthat anybody still has their original Xbox who plays massive amounts of online. But I'm sure a moderate gamer who plays once or twice a week might still have it. It's possible. Right? Mine was changed when I got a Graphics Card malfunction.

I got my first one xmas 2005 and it was fine until like 3 months ago when it rrod'ed...MS sent me a new one...as you could have guessed, the warrenty was already gone so I had to pay 80 euros

Up until this past April I had an original 05' model bought the day of release, but it finally past on to the great console graveyard.:cry:So I just bought a new one 4 weeks ago.

Yes, had one RROD but that's cuz I had one of the cables in the back barely plugged in xD...

Owned my first one from Launch until March 2009... So that is an almost for me...

I got one in early'06 used and that one to this day is still working (although I think it's beginning to give out). I play a moderate amount, I go through spurts of eitherplaying a lot of gamesor watching a lot of movies on it, to not using it much. I always thought I was lucky to get a good one :D

No, they only don't charge if it is under warranty... and launch consoles went out of warranty in November 2008...

On # 4. Got my first in 06, died a year later, got sent a new console in 07 (not refurbished). That one died a year later got sent a refurbished console in 08. Hey guess what.... that one just died, out of warrbeanty $100 to maybe get a new one, maybe get another that breaks in a year. F that. Decided to buy a jasper arcade unit and get a new 3 years, needed a new controller anyway... To be noted, HDMI looks better on my T.V. than VGA, and this console is barely audible even with disc in drive, especially compared to my others...

Me! But i got the red lights a year ago and they fixed it.

Got mine the summer they came out, have yet to have any problems with it :)

Been on since 1st day. 1 RROD & 1 Hardware failure.

My launch day 360 lasted a year and a half. I bought a new 360 right before my 3 years was up and I had 3 systems total. I highly doubt anybody still has their original launch system unless they NEVER played it!

I had a launch system till sept of 08...my graphics card went to sh!T...and ended up buying an arcade and slapping my HD into that.

Owned since launch, with no problems.

iv only had 1. since launch. i play it almost everyday and i used to move it around quite a bit. (dont no more) im surprised its still running, having heard of all the others. im just glad shes still hanging in there. yay me!

Well I still have mine I bought in Apr. '06 and only one RROD. MS fixed it and I did get my same console back. Racked up this gamerscore with it so you know its been on a lot.
