Ooh! Great Halo 4 idea! (Minor Halo 3 Spoilers)

I was on a topic here on the 360 board and got a great new idea for the Halo 4 story:

[spoiler] In a distant future, Earth finally recieves the transmission that Cortana sends out when her and the Chief are lost in space. The new SPARTAN-III's are sent to try to rescue him while the Humans and Covanent fight against a new, stronger, smarter opponent. It eventually becomes a race to find the Chief [/spoiler]

Yeah too bad I dont dislike the Halo series, thats why I dont want them to make another one, it would ruin everything. If Halo 4 does come into existence it wont be from Bungie and thats a problem. The Halo Trilogy is great as it stands, other games in the same universe such as Halo Wars are totally fine but leave the trilogy untouched.

How do people know halo 4 will be a repeat of halo 3's gamplay ( not saying its bad but its not as fun as prev ones)

I think halo has alot of pontentinial. These games inspired me to play nonstop video games. Esp. halo 2 mp

Things like these, fans always never see get old.

We can point out lots of views and stories based on halo. You don't have to continue a story.
