I'm fighting my inner self about Oblivian. I do understand the depth and the great following of the game, but it is really the only genre of gaming I don't really care for due to the amount of time and effort needed to truely appreciate it.

I do realize the Beta is only 3 weeks.There is also some games I'm interested in coming out around that time also.The Darkness really looks good.

Usually I would just buy a XBLA game to pass the time, but the 2 they just released don't appeal to me.

Legos is quirky fun especially if you're a Star Wars fan. I also liked Hitman (still pick it back up every now and then). I've never played VT 3, so I can't offer a real opinion on that one. Looking at your achievements list, it looks like you probably couldn't go wrong with either Hitman or Legos.

Thanx for your response ^.I'm leaning toward Hitman, but stealth games are sometimes a little too mundane for me. Although Hitman doesn't seem as "hardcore" as Splinter Cell or MGS.

I'm a stealth fan definately (love splinter cell). That said, Hitman offers different ways to complete missions depending on how you want to play the game. You can use stealth and planning, or you can run and gun your way through. In fact, Hitman has one of my favorite achievment sets. It encourages you to play through missions in different, interesting ways. Had crazy fun getting exactly 47 kills in a mission after spending a bit of time getting perfect ratings...

It's not so much about run "n" gun, but more about messing around w/ all kinds of gadgets. Anyway I think I'm gonna go pick up Hitman. Thanx for everyones input!
