um where do i start? i was playing call of duty 3 and i playd it for seven hours.all this time i had the plug and play kit in and it just would not charge i turned my xbox of by the controller but the fans where still spinning.now i thought it did this cause it was charging my controller but i turn it back on and the battery was red hot i could feel the heat even though i wasnt touching and i just wunderd...is this normal?:?

was the red light on the controller on?? If not then return it.

the res light showed it was charging yes.

Sometimes, for whatever reason, my controller battery pack gets burning hot like you said. It hasn't happened in a while.

yea mine still charges whilst its off, and i hear the fans but its not load. i think this is suppose to happen.
