Guitar Hero 2, I have a weak spot for rythm games, and it's even more ironic I like this game because for the most part up until this year I've listened to rap and hip hop...and even now the non rap I listen to isn't the kinda of music in the game lol. I'd say Forza 2 second, it's a great game but can get repetitive Crackdown last, it's fun when you first get it and once you beat it like that the downloadable content will entertain for a few hours (just popped it in again tonight to try the dlc)
sadly gh2 tracklist don't come close to the original guitar hero, but its still a great game and plenty of fun. can't wait for gh3 that will be a blast!
Crackdown. GH got too boring and repetative, especially for that price tag. And I'm only really into arcade racers (burnout ect) so I'm not too hot for Forza, but I hear it's a great game.

GH2 in a massive, massive landslide. It's vastly superior to the other two games, and you'll play it for a much longer time.TM_Darkside
That's arguable. Played Crackdown for weeks on end. Played GH2 (on the PS2) for a weekend and was kinda bored of it. Seemed like a waste of tactical abilities just to emulate songs I could already just listen to. All you're doing is pressing buttons when they appear on the screen... gameplay's a little too shallow for me.
GH2, Crackdown needed the halo 3 beta just to help sell it. Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed Crackdown, it was fun. But GH2 took the cake for me, thought the tracklist coulda been better tho. And as far as Forza goes, I'm not much into racing games, the only ones I enjoy are the NFS games.

I was just wondering which of these games I should get. I won't get GH2 'cause GH3 is coming out. I just want to catch up with some games that I didn't look at.
i have to go with gh2. i think its one of the only games i didnt get tired of and just kept coming back and playing even after i got new games. great game
Guitar Hero II. :) Aside from me never playing the other two choices, I was never really interested in circuit racing games like Forza, and Crackdown just didn't look interesting to me (I like Saints Row ;)).
Forza2 - Meh because it's a racing game and I'm not a huge racing fan.
Guitar Hero 2 - Boo - because I'm an actual musician and no respectable musician would condone such a rediculous game. IF YOU WANT TO PLAY THE GUITAR GET A GUITAR AND LEARN HOW!

Many, many people who play Guitar Hero and other rythym games are musicians themselves. You're entitled to your opinion, but I can't figure out the reasoning in it. And what gives you the idea that Guitar Hero II players all want to play real guitar?
I would go with Forza 2 since i havent played GH2 and Crackdown was decent but lacking replay value a lot while Forza 2 will keep you playing for months and its a must have for any racing sim fan.

It just doesn't make sense "FOR ME". I either will play games or make music for real.
I'm not trying to detract from anyone elses enjoyment of the game - just not for me. He wanted opinions on why - and for me that's why.
