The only problem is that i was up at my friends house over the weekend and i was playing Gears and it froze. The three red lights came on and i shut it off. I turned it back on and it did the same thing. I took the xbox home and it worked fine. Now it is getting hot very fast.
Meh, not really but it's the way they were made. Just buy a fan and put it on the ventilating spot and it'll cool down faster. Mine did when I got the 360.

If that's the case, then it's only a matter of time before your 360 dies completely. Once you get the 3 red lights you're screwed. It might be OK for a while, but be prepared for the inevitable.

Yeah - that's not the same thing - this sin't good. So you have a "NOT" healthy 360 then. :(
Call MS and get it fixed - the 3 red lights will only get more consistent until it finally just craps out and it probably won't be too long before that happens. Sorry to hear that man.
