Reviewers often play pre-gold versions of games, but they are so close to gold that only minor changes are made after they have reviewed it. You will usually see some sort of disclaimer in the text, just like this review has, saying it is a pre-gold version of the game and that minor changes may be made (check the bit near the bottom on the last page of the review).

Also given the turnaround time needed for magazines to not only have played the game for review, but also get the magazine ready for publishing and on shelves before release date they often get code more than 2 weeks before launch date. Websites are fine to get a copy of the game late, but for a monthly magazine getting the dates right is crucial for bagging the exclusive review, or being first to the shelves with a review

i hope it isnt too easy to accidentally pull out a gun (or hard to put it back), i dont wanna be shouting "PUT THE GUN AWAY YOU IDIOT, PUT IT AWAY, ****!" like in many other games that have cops shooting at you for having a gun out.

im glad im actually gonna buy this game (got it paid off already, even tho im broke :D), it better be uber awesome to get a ten or i'll never trust OXM again.
