OXM predicts GTA V to be announced later this summer.

In the final major section of OXM, they always do a "crystal ball" thing (it is them hinting at stuff that is going to happen that they know about) and they typically don't have huge stuff put in there, but it is always spot on. Augusts issue says that GTA V will be announced later this summer. What are you guys thinking?

Yeah Rockstar runs on their own schedule and is unlike any other company. Would be great if this was true.

Michalle Pact. Said the GTA V is BIGGER than E3 and that instead of just getting mixed up with all the announcements Rockstar would wait until after to annouce it.
