I got hitman blood money today and when i go to play it the game tells me to change my display settings from 50hz to 60z, which is odd because im running my xbox in hd using hdmi meanings it has to be 60hz and no other game has had this problem.

A quick look online shows me that for some reason hitman blood money check your standard def settings (which id never use) not your high def ones and that to fix the problem you need to change to SD using the composite cable and change them there. the problem is im using HDMI and have no clue where my component/composite cable is.

So is there any way to change your PAL hz settings without going into SD?

most of the newer 60Hz games ask u before u start it up "would u like to change your settings to 60Hz" u might be able to google what games require 60Hz, but most of em should

i run in HD with the HDMI cable, when you go into the display chose the reso u want and the screen should flash and say "the TV is now displaying in ?Hz", just say no if its 50 and yes if its 60
