Well guys, I never thought I'd cave in but I guess the time has come.

I'm just a disgruntled PC gamer thats pissed off about all the good games being more suited for consoles (i.e. MW2, Red Faction: Guerilla, Operation Flashpoint: Dragon Rising, just to name a few) mostly in the multi-player component, that being P2P, a god forsaken tool that should stay well away from PC since dedicated servers are much superior, however, if you can't beat 'em, join 'em. I believe mouse and keyboard for FPS ganes will always be superior, however I have played console FPS games before online and have managed to adapt.

Anyway since I have no clue as to what is on the Xbox 360 that is worth getting, could you recommend me some exclusive (or even multi-platform, suprise me I may not know some that are the superior version on 360) games to start me off?

My main interests for consoles would probably now be JRPGS, Adventure and FPS (since the major bulk of online console gaming is on 360 as opposed to PS3 which I have anyway).

Thanks!

P.S. - I am not giving up PC gaming, I am expanding, so any PC gamers lurking save your advice for not giving it up! :D

Hmm, this is tough because most of the 360 games that I have enjoyed the most are also on PC (Mass Effect, Fallout 3, Oblivion, Rainbow Six Vegas, etc). Well, for JRPGs hit up the Recommendation Thread 'cause they have a section for it. I would suggest Lost Odyssey above the others.

You should consider the PS3. You will regret getting an Xbox 360 one day. I dont want to throw in all the reasons but if you want to find out why, just head on over to the PS3 section.

I would recommend Tales of Vesperia and Lost Odyssey for your jrpg needs.

Star Ocean The Last Hope it might be a hit or miss for you. Story and voice acting is horrible, but the battle system is quiet fun.

I own the PS3, but the complete love affair with alot of games I like on Xbox 360 and ultimately a superior version is pissing me off. Hence why I've decided to join the 360 crowd.
