No it is not powered by electricity so no power brick is needed..

hahahaha lololol

but haha i think i get ur question, u probably heard that if they use a 65nm chip since its smaller they'll be able to fit the power brick into the 360, but that probably won't happen until they release a 45nm chip... so the answer is yes, it still does
