I was wondering if someone plays a pirated game, will their account get banned? If I never play the game on LIVE, will it not detect the pirated game? What if I play the pirated game on a different profile? Will it just ban that account, or will it ban all the accounts on my console?

this is not the place to ask that question, this topic will probly be banned...
doesn't matter once you log on to live it will update your information anyways listing that you have played the game, wether or not MS knows it is pirated I have no idea. But this is definetly against the TOS agreement on these boards however I figured I would let you know to also maybe save you from getting banned on your xbox as well.
I'm gonna let this slide as the offending material was removed, but please keep in mind in the future that any and all discussion about illegal activity in a way that might be seen as legitimizing or giving instructions on how to perform such an action is strictly against the GameSpot Terms of Use.
