I just wanted to know if the play and charge kit is worth the money. I go through 2-4 batteries a week so I need a new solution to powering my controllers. Will someone explain to me exactly how they work. Any info would be appreciated.

Neontope

Same for me. Four of them and a charger was cheaper than a play and charge kit.

Also I had a play and charge kit, a few people I know did too, all of them broke within six months to a year.

Just buy a rechargeable batterie kit so that while 2 or 4 batteries charge you use the 2 for the controller then when those two run out exchange them for the chargeable ones and put the dead ones to charge that way you can just keep using the same ones and not having to keep buying new ones over and over. or you can just buy the wire for the controller and never have to use batteries.

I would go with the rechargable ones only because it's easier to use then the play and charge kit.

As the other guys said and me too, its best to go with the recharchable batteries, I have one of them also and its great. Just pop it in recharger over night and by morning it should be fully charged and ready to play. Its also reliable and wont having you buying batteries (And kinda cheaper than the play and charge kit)

I have the play and charge kit as well as rechargeable AA batteries. Both work well but I still prefer corded controllers.
