Play and charge Kit or my batteries please help?

My play and charge kit seems like its not working fine when i plug it in to charge my controller after 2 or 3 minutes it says the battery its charged up but the i umplug from the 360 and the controller dies on me, does anyone did experience any problems like this or similars?

Sounds like the batteries are faulty

When it's connected the controller gets juice but that's it

Seems a new battery pack is in order

But the strange is i have two controllers and one i barely use, so the battery is almost new and it does the same thing.

i have the same problem, if you dont want to use batteries you have to keep it plugged in

That's really strange, especially if it's new. I have a new play and charge kit and it works fine. I get about 10 to 12 hours on it before it needs another charge. Try syncing your xbox controller and xbox, I don't know if it'll work but it's worth a try. If this doesn't work it's probably faulty batteries like someone else said, sorry.
