PLEASE HELP! being robbed!

Recently i sold my xbox 360 and had EVERYTHING deleted off of it , including accounts... strangely enough someone has been able to buy MS points via my old account... I know I deleted all my accounts but what can I do about this? I changed my password but it doesnt seem to be helping. Is there anyway I can ban my old account or refund my money?

First thing to do when someone is using your card is cancell your card completly call your card company have them send you a new one and refund your money.

just cancel credt card and get new one sent to u. done.
