Okay...I'm getting a 360 next week and I plan to put it on top of my PS2 (to save room)...Is there going to be a problem? I mean will the 360 screw up my PS2 if the 360 gets too warm and vice versa?? Please help me out.

For the safety of the 360 I wouldnt advise you to do it that way.

The 360 gets very warm at times. I just dont want you to damage any of your systems.

keep it away from everything is right. it would ideally be touching as little as possible for airflow's sake. and it gets pretty hot, like really hot, so i wouldnt recommend having it on top of your ps2 for that reason as well.

don't buy an intercooler they are poorly designed and draw to much power

use a USB powered device, either the pelican fan stand or a laptop cooler

I don't like to have my console vertical so I went with this:

have been using it for six months with no problems it does a good job

The more room you give it the better. It needs to suck in alot of air to keep it cool.

ye putting it on the ps2 is bad cause the 360 can get very hot ive got mine in a cabinet shelf kind of thing and its fine

There's no reason to buy an intercoller. Only some 360's have problems with overheating. Your's is probably gonna be fine..don't worry;)
