please HELP: need help finding game title for bf's bday tomorrow..

It's my boyfriend's birthday tomorrow... I know he wanted a certain game but i forgot the name of it. See if you can help...

the game was arecent trailer on xbox360 - dark scenery, three characters -two men and one woman w/short hair - were dressed in futuristic gear & weapons, walking into a big room where they were attacked by zombie-like alien creatures (a mix of the two?)

enter much firing, dark red scenery. the graphics were excellent according to him, if that helps?

end of the trailer, im pretty sure it was a one-word title, red letters?

if anyone can please help, it'd be greatly appreciated! :-) i know he's excited about this, and i wanted to surprise him with it for his birthday. i was curious as to what the title was... i've looked everywhere, incl. the xbox live site, but it seems nothing rings a bell, and i really know nothing about it..

if not,can some of yourecommend a decent game for a 22-yr old man who's a call of duty 4 fan? thanks :-)

I think it is Kane and Lynch. I know there is no chick in the game, but maybe she is mentioning Kane's daughter.True_Blu3

( it was jericho ) i see that the reviews for that say it's not so great though, so i'm considering getting him bioshock bc i remember him looking at the reviews for it and liking it, but we were both kind of freaked out about the "little girl" aspect.. haha. any suggestions?angelixmizfit

bioshock is amazing the little girl aspect isnt that big of deal, .....u can save them

The Little Sisters do play a decently large role in the game, and determine the ending (as far as I know there are two, one "good" and one "bad"). Basically throughout the game you can save them or harvest them, I saved them all the first play through, and this time I and harvesting them. When you harvest them your vision clouds over with green gassy tipe stuff and when you can see clearly again the Little Sister is lying on the ground and you are holding a squirming leech thing, so it isn't grotesque or depraved.

And if you are worried about scares it isn't really scary, maybe the occasion moment of enemies popping up right behind you. There was one part wher I was getting a tonic off a desk and heard a noise, and turned around and a splicer was just standing RIGHT in front of me, but that is a scripted event.

Get BioShock, he won't regret it. The Limited Edition is cool, but I doubt you will find it in stores, at least with the box and figure, you might find just the case with the DVD and CD EP.

Well.... if you really want to spoil him and u dont kin spening the money than get both :p

Mass Effect is a very good game, it's an rpg so if he's into that kind of game that one would be a great option (there is shooting aspects in the game to) Elder Scrolls Oblivion is also a very nice game, also rpg 9.6/10 on gamespot.

its a tough choice between the two... they both offer diffrent experiences.

bioshock has more of a creepy, apocalyptic 1960s feel to it.... mass effect has a sci-fi feel to it.

bioshock is a first person shooter, with some rpg elements.... mass effect is third person shooter with more rpg elemnts than bioshock.

personally, i choose bioshock, because it is very polished, the story has a GREAT twist and the action is short but sweet.

but if i were you, i would get him both... cus you cant go wrong with buying both games, theyre both absolutley amazing.

I finished BIoshock in 7 hours, it's a short game, great but short. If you can get it for 10 dollars, then go for it but dont pay more for it then that. Mass Effect is a new game, a RPG where you can great your own male/female and get to make choices. It will last you a while and it's worth the full price. I say get Mass Effect.

If he likes RPGs better then get Mass Effect. If he wants a more straightforward shooter then get Bioshock. You can't really lose either way.
