mine was disc tray but i managed to fix it eventually by taking out the rubber band and washing it and putting it back using tweezers and a toothpick it as a bit of a disaster trying to fix it lmao
Got RRoD within 2 hours of buying it...... on launch day. Talk about being pissed. I waited outside the store longer then I had a working Xbox.dukebd699

Wow, I was scared the results were going to be like 50 rrod's, and like 2 others. I think I'll go ahead and use the microsoft warranty to fix my xbox, because the circuit city thing can be used for anything kind of reason for being broken, while the microsoft warranty only covers rrod
