Well, to me Modern Combat doesn't look that great (there are much better shooters out on 360 I think). I haven't played PGR3 but I've heard it's a great game; I've played Burnout Revenge and it's great. I'd say get one of those two, depending on which type of racer you prefer. Personally, I would pick Burnout.
I have never played Burnout, and I have the Battlefield for the original Xbox, and I don't think that it was so great. But it may be different on the 360.
Project Gotham Racing 3 is really fun, I'd say get that.
Meh...I suggest you save up your money for a game that's coming out in the future, such as Mass Effect. Just find a way to build up your money so you'll be able to buy a normal $60 game.
I say Fight Night Round 3. Not only is there the easy 1000 gamerscore, but the game rocks. Tons of replay value and it gets really fun after you get the more challenging opponents.
