*poll* will you get halo 3 ODST?

just thought i would see what everyone else is thinking about Halo ODST....if they think its worth it or not

approx 6 hour campaign, same maps pretty much and new firefight mode...is it worthyour $60? (70 here in canada)

personally myself I will be waiting till the price drops or becomes used....or unless 3 other of my friends get it then I pretty much wont have a choice

yep. gameplay similar to the first halo + new campaign, firefight, and all the halo 3 maps. amazing deal, considering i don't have halo 3. i could see why people who do have halo 3 consider it a rip off though.

No, for the same reason I didn't get any of the other Halo games; there are just so much better games coming out and leaving that out, Halo games aren't that great anyway. Plus, they are not my style.

I enjoyed the Halo 3 campaign, so I'm looking forward to ODST.

I've placed it on my rental list at Love Film. I don't really want to pay full price for it.

Halo 3's campaign was 6 hours on first playthrough also. So why wouldn't this one be? Also, I played Mirror's Edge about 30 times through. I actually clear the game in about 75 minutes now. First time I did it in 5 or 6 hours. So, I've sunk at least 50 hours in that but I don't think I can tell people it's a lengthy game...

The Orbital Drop Shock Troopers looks cool...but they could have at least updated the game engine, and I didn't like Halo 3, so I'm gonna pass.

Nah, I don't hate Halo games, but I do enjoy playing them with friends via local game. So I just play off of friends if we do ever play.

Nah, Halo's become pretty irrelevant to me on the whole. Dropped off very soon after Halo 3.

On top of it, it's hardly worth a full $60 retail price point. More like 20... Or a DLC add on.

I'm pretty neutral on ODST right now. I like playing Halo multiplayer with other people split-screen. While I'm not a completely crazed fanboy, I must say that the irrational spew of hatred for the game is just as annoying. I'd get it, but there are other upcoming releases that have a higher priority for my budget.

I found it for something that equals to roughly 20$ in the U.S, and i was already interested, so yes i am getting it

I am getting it tonight at midnight. And for those of you waiting for price drops, I'll say that halo 3 is about 2 years old and it still costs about 35$, so it will be a while before the price drops. Also, there is no really good titles comming out before borderlands so this is pretty much only a time killer until then.
