Poll: Your favorite alien race in Mass Effect

What is your favorite alien race in Mass Effect? I like the Turians the best; they look cool and have an admirable code of honor that extends throughout their entire race. I do find it odd, though, that you never see any female Turians in either game.

Disappointed: I guess the Elcor just aren't important enough. Cautious optimism: Maybe it was just an innocent oversight.

That's because they didn't have the development time or funding to do 2 different variants of most races. You'll notice in ME1 there's only male Krogan, Turians and Hanaar. I think they just didn't bother with ME2 to keep it uniformed. Turian's did kick ass as a race tho :D Garrus was a welcome return in ME2!

Because the Turian women follow that code of honor as well and go where they are needed (you know, the kitchen...) :lol: jk

As far as my favorite race, I like the Turians for their military might... I wish there was a Mass Effect movie about the First Contact War (the war where Humans first encountered an alien race, the Turians)... The Mass Effect 1 codex get really into the backstory of the Systems Alliance, the First Contact War, and all of that... I love listening to it :)

I don't know, the Asari are pretty hot for an alien race, I feel like Captain Kirk whenever I talk to an Asari.

I hate Hanaar, if they weren't invincable I would interigate one and find its home planet and blow it up with the death star.

I wouldn't hate them so much if they weren't so religious and they didn't speak in third person.

what ever race thane is, best character who is not shepard. and garrus's race is the 2nd best.

The Drell because Thane is a badass andhis race have a pretty interesting lifestyle and culture.

I think the first time I saw a Hanar I shot it because I thought it was Biowares way of making fun of Metroids.

My favorite are the Drell just because Thane was a badass 8)

Definitely the Turians due to how honorable they are. The thing that astounds me the most is that they aren't very corrupt. They seem like a race that can be trusted throughout the series. Heck even the criminals are honorable which is shocking.
