And I saw I had 152 hours on my final save of my first play through. I was wondering, how long did you play on any play through. I feel like maybe I was nuts when I played this before. I didn't even realize how much time I put into it.

my longest was 245 hrs.. i basically walked everywhere and did everything. all missions and all dungeons. i also did a lot of messing around that wasted plenty of time. (nord)
my second longest was around 169 hrs. ( wood elf)
Oblivion is my favorite RPG, I think between all my playthroughs I have played 500+ hours, I would have a nerdgasim for Oblivion 2, or Elder Scrolls V!
over 170 hrs....but ive spent way more on fallout 3And I saw I had 152 hours on my final save of my first play through. I was wondering, how long did you play on any play through. I feel like maybe I was nuts when I played this before. I didn't even realize how much time I put into it.

i spent close 40 hours in fallout and quite because i was tired of seeing brown
75 hours in Oblivion, just did the main storyline quest, the guild quests, Shivering isles and Knights of the Nine quests. Got the GOTY edition for $30 so I was pretty happy about that.
230+ hours in Fallout 3. 3 Playthroughs on 3 different xbox gamertags so I didn't save over a file with like 80 hours of stuff on it. Including the dlc. I'm still working on my 3rd playthrough on the hard difficulty.
Thats what I thought when I put it in and started a new character. But I have to say, I'm 30 hours into it and I don't remember 50% of the quests I've done. My wife remembers some of the ones I don't, but I know I've found some new ones I didn't do before. It really is a great game. Hopefully it'll hold me over till they fix the freezing issues I'm hearing about in Fallout: NV.175 hours on my one and only playthrough.
Its a game I wish I could erase from my memory so I could do it all again. Such an amazing experience.

i attempted it about 3 times, hated it the first 2. Fallout 3 forced me to learn how to play rpg's then i picked oblivion back up. My first time i spent about 50 hrs playing, then classes began and i didnt have much time so i began doing the item duplication glitch on invisible potions and would basically run through everything. I know everyones gonna be like shame on me, but btw 20 hrs at work, 10-15 hrs on my other job, maximum amount of classes, and a girlfriend, i didnt have as much time as i wish i could have to play it without cheating. The way i see it is i got to enjoy the game and see through the end, rather then let it sit for a really long time because i didnt have the time to play.

oh and my final was 90 hours
I think I played through 70 hours of Oblivion, then noticed I had been boinking around all the time and not doing almost anything for the main quest. Forgot about the main quest plot of the game, got tired of making potions, retrieving things for side missions, looking at the pretty and diverse settings, killing the same type of enemies ad nauseum.
Played Fallout 3 for 8 hours - which I really pushed myself to do- and decided that exploration for exploration sake is not justified if extremely boring. The setting, enemies and combat left me underwhelmed - and I generally like nuclear postapocalyptic games and movies. It felt like oblivion way too much and after 70 hours that, I was tired of the formula.
I had over 300 hours in my first Oblivion file. I found every location, completed every quest (Main, guilds, side quests) decorated every house meticulously. Its still my favorite game of this generation and tied for my favorite game of all time with Zelda OOT. Oblivion was my only 360 game for almost a year and I never got bored of it. Unfortunately, I accidently overwrote the file with a save that had 1 hour of gameplay. i seriously wanted to cry when I realized what I did.
