Tell us: An average of how many hours you play per day, how many replacement units you've gotten (if any), how long your console or consoles have lasted, and what went wrong with it. Me: 8 hours a day, my 360 has been replaced twice, each has lasted around 4 months, both had DVD drive problems.
I play it about +2hours a day or so. Sometimes a lot more, sometimes a lot less. Never given me any problems although the dvd drive did start to stick about 11months after purchase. Sent it for repairs, everything has been fine since. No probs whatsoever.

Also, please tell me you're in highschool or something.. there's no way someone can play 8hours a day and still lead a normal life.
2-11 hours a day and im on my 3rd 360.. 1st one lasted about a year and the second one lasted less than an hour.. both because it wouldnt read discs and the tray jammed
Damn, 8 hours a day is kind of excessive, but maybe it's just me.

My first one I got around June of 2006. It died two months later. I'd say I played it maybe 6-7 hours a week. My current one I've had since around September of 2006 and haven't had any problems yet. I play it just as much if not more than before. I think it's just shoddy production and poor console design. Â

Im on Independent study I play 4 or 5 hours in the morning, 3 at night before bed.
l little more than a year, 8+ hours a day, 2+ if i cant play ( my family plays it too), played a 38 hours session of gears once (then collapsed), had the lights once but unplugged everything and it still works fine and going strong (somebody up there likes me!!!) and yeah, im in high school

I've had mine since a few days before this last Christmas, and I played it like 12+ hours a day on weekends and only a few if I even played on weekdays. I just got my 3rd GoW back from repair, I've replaced one completely, and my 360 wrecked a Blockbuster rental GoW aswell. It also cracked the middle of my Oblivion. Now it won't read disks at all.
Bought mine in January it's from one of the first shipments. The amount I play varies greatly and recently I haven't played that much, maybe 10 hours/week, but there's been some cases when I play through the entire weekend (Oblivion). The console still works GREAT, although the sound of the fans blowing has increased a little.
