Pre-ordered Gears Of War 3, and got no code for the Savage Grenadier Skin!

I had pre-ordered GoW3 and did not recive any form of code. :( How is one supposed to get the code?

I actually went to Wal-Mart and pre-orderd the game. So i'm guessing the code would come with the game (sep 20)?
