Recently picked this gem up...certainly not for everyone, but definitely worth trying...atleast a rent. (got it on sale for 30) I can see why most people veer away from this game...its NOWHERE near the likeness or platinum status the original series had...but I think its 30$ well spent. What'd you guys think??
I really enjoyed it. Keep in mind it was my first game of the series. Instantly fell in love with the controls and graphics. From there, things only got better. :D $30 is a good price for that too.
It was so good =]. Prince of persia trilogy from last generation was much better though, just goes to show how good that trilogy was. I still thorougly enjoyed this one, thinking about a second playthrough after spending ages on the first.
It's a great game. I hate how every game that has a structured layout is instantly flamed for being repetitive. "I mean that Super Mario Bros. game isn't bad but 3 normal levels and a boss level over and over? It's so repetitive."
Picked the game up recently too.... nowhere near as good as Sands of Time, but still definately worth a play through. The story is kinda forgetable, and the gameplay is a little repetitive. but its ok
