Prince of Persia ending thoughts? [Spoliers]

For those of you who beat the new Prince of Persia, what did you think?

I thought it was one of the greatest ending I've seen. You saved the world at the cost of Elika's life. Everything is quite, the prince does not speak but the player knows what he is thinking or feeling. I like how they let you take control of everything at the end. You could just turn off your Xbox 360 and think that the world is saved.

But when I was carrying her to the stone, I was like, this could not end like this. I want a happy ending WTF. With the world saved but her dead it just didn't feel right. So even though knowing what would happen, I brought her back to life and let the world burned because I've grown attached to her.

I think Ubi Soft did an exellent job with the ending.

Just finished it like 10 minutes ago.... That had to be one of (if not already) the best video game endings I have ever seen in my entire life. I LOVE how the prince made that choice in the end and how the last line of the game was the same as the beginning one. I've never played a PoP game before this but I'm waiting for the sequel now!!

I havnt beat it yet, but im enjoying it alot so far from what ive played!

I agree, the ending was one of the best. Very mysterious the way they just left it in your hands and you knew exactly what they wanted you to do.

The gameplay was rather repetitive though and I will not be getting the sequel unless some changes are made to the gameplay.

I liked the ending too. But the story in the game wasn't that spectacular to me. but, Do you think there will be a sequel?

They should make a PoP2 loved this one :(
