So stores like Gamestop has the Xbox 360 Pro while other stores have the Xbox 360 Premium. I was wondering what was the difference? Does one of them include something the other don't, if so what? Thanks.

There is no such thing as the pro. microsoft has three sku's http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Xbox_360
1. Core
2. Premium
3. Elite
In reading Microsoft's press release they refer to the premium as just XBox 360. Then the Core and Elite respectively.
Maybe the stores are just shortening it to Pro. But yes as stated before Microsoft only has three sku's. The Core, Premium, and Elite. Also soon to be the Halo Edition

gamestop: xbox 360 PRO
maybe the only difference is the name?

Gamestop is run by crazy people, you going to listen to their ad? Its called premium not pro. And I have never seen pro being considered a shortnening of Premium.

Yeah there the same thing regardless. Different name for some reason...
K thanks. I'll tell my friend to return The Core he recently bought for $299 and exchange or return it and get the 360 pro/premium.
what rational person would spend the money to buy a completely new console just because it's halo. they should just make new halo faceplates.Maybe the stores are just shortening it to Pro. I think I recall it being called a Pro at my Best Buy as I never go into Gamestops hardly.gamestops and EB games stores are rip-offs. i was gonna like turn in 26 games. they had NO damage at all and they were pretty recent. the guy said i could get $11.

It might have been a year ago when it happened and since changed. I'm not saying your store doesn't call them premium, but there's no way to tell that all Best Buy stores have always had. I just know I've seen it called Pro before and the only store I've gone in where I come across 360s in plain site has been Best Buy that has had stacks of them in isles. It might have just been a one time mistake on a sign they printed around the stack of 360s or something.

IT"S NOT THE SAME CONSOLE!!!
Pro is the new-Premium, with better cooling, Falcon 65nm Processor and HDMI Output...MS says that they fixed the RROD problem for the new consoles

I have read various posts by different people on various forums regarding these Xbox Pros, or improved Xbox Premiums, but where is the proof? First of all, I'm not saying you're wrong, I'm just curious as to where people are getting this information from. Has Microsoft actually officially stated that all Xbox Pro machines have better cooling and contain the Falcon chipset and 65nm processor? If so where? There seems to be a lot of speculation and a lot of rumours regarding this issue. If there is an official line about this somewhere please direct me to it.
Thanks.
