i seen an ebay seller taken off of ebay. it was the guy who had 24 360's. but i like this one better.

follow the big red arrow. it says that the listed item was automaticly ended early because it reached the limited amount by state law, wich is only 80 bucks for a 360 and 2 tickets to a basket ball game. more than likely he was hoping it would go past a grand, as alot of the people selling 360's were hoping.

Even if it is (which it most liekly isn't), it's not like he would sell the 360 for $80.  It's not illegal to not sell it or anything.. not ownage whatsoever.

You guys are missing the point. You are not allowed to sell tickets higher than their face value on ebay. So many times, people will sell a $1000 brown paper bag, and give away "free" tickets to the Superbowl as a loophole. This guy was selling a 360 with "free" tickets... ebay busted him though and he ended up having to cap his auction at $80. No biggie, I'm sure he backed out of the deal and lost a rep point.
