I just got a 60 gig Xbox about a week ago

and I borrowed force unleashed from my friend and it worked fine the first time I played it

but when the system was turning on and it was at the logo screen about to load the game, the whole thing just locked up and my controller wouldnt respond. also when im at the dashboard it recognizes the game but when I say I want to play it, it just goes black like its going to play it but it just locks on that screen

everything else works fine but why might this one time I play this one game not work?

If every other game works fine on the 360, then it might just be the disc.

Yeah try the other games you have and come back and reply. If the other games work then its your disc. It may be scratched?

yeah I thought that it might be a scratch or somethin but this kid got the game about a week ago also and I checked it out and it looked pretty fine

unless the 360 is excellent at reading microscopic scratches I dont know what it could be

Hmm put the disc in and wait for around 5 minutes. It could just be a loading problem or something. Test that out and if it doesn't work clean the disc and try it. If none of that works I have no other solutions. Good luck
