Good afternoon, I was playing Prototype II earlier today and the scratch is in perfect mint condition; no scratches, no nothing. But then it froze and when I tried to restart it several times, all that came up with this red light on my Xbox 360-S power button. Is there a way to fix this so that my console stops freezing? Thanks.

Its either a hardware problem or connection problem. Turn off your console and unhook everything (cords and any attachments such as kinect). Hook everything back up and make sure all your connections are secure. If it is still red lighting repeat the process but also remove your hard drive this time. When you put it back in make sure it is secure. If it is still red lighting i would contact microsoft. The only other thing i can tell you is that the power brick and console can get really hot and this can also cause a red light. Make sure you have adequate space for ventilation to keep the heat down.....
