um... one fuzzy dark picture isn't exactly proof. there's no indication where this picture was taken, or even if it was at a store. I can find pictures of MW2 boxes anywhere on the net just like this.

Yeah, and if you go to any Gamestop they have a display that is set up just like that. It's only the cases though.

No they can't. Microsoft doesn't simply ban anyone playing a game early, that is stupid. They detect whether your dvd drive has modded firmware. That is how they determine whether to ban you.

This reminds me of those Halo 3 display boxes from a few years ago..

Dude, my neighbor works at Gamestop and he's playing MW2 as I'm typing this. He tells me there is about a 1000 or so people online right now either fellow Gamestop folks or people who pirated it. HOWEVER, I won't go over and watch it or be near it, I'm too afraid of getting banned :(

They already have copies at my local Gamestop, but can't be purchased until next week

hte mw2 250gb 360 bundle has already hit streets and is in stores at certain targets. someone has a picture of it.

though you may or may not be able to buy it yet, since at target, items wil say "invalid sale" if bought beore stret date

Of course its out in stores already, doesn't mean its available for sale. I work at Best Buy and we have literally 800 copies of the game sitting in our warehouse.

its a video game and like most of them stores will leak them early. A couple of my friend's had it since monday and on the first page of this thread there's a guy with it on his gamer-sig, with proof that he's played it. It's not that hard to believe, some people pirated it, but ALOT of people have the genuine copy from stores who broke the street date.

I love how this guy at least provides a picture and tries to contribute to the forums and all the users do is come here and complain!

1. The games been out for a good 2-3 weeks now.
2. Even if the game hasn't been already leaked, did you never think that somebody could easily just print the cases off the internet?

are u sure? have you actually gone into gamecrazy and tried to purchase the game? I recal them doing pre-orders and calling the DAY the game is out, but selling the game early? I doubt GameCrazy is dumb enough to do that.....

I'm not one whom freaks out over getting a game, it doesn't bother me a single bit to wait for a game to officially release. I'm so pumped about getting my hands on a copy of MW 2 that I preordered it with free shipping that won't deliver until Friday.
