Q: Best Xbox 360 racing games?

Hey guys, I'm just a new member, I'm looking for best Xbox 360 Racing/Driving games, probably those games in which you can customize your car like in NFS etc, I played these games already and finished them so don't reply down with the same names pls :P

I bought my Xbox in September 2016, so it's pretty new for me and I don't know much about racing games on Xbox as I spent most of my time on PS2 and I am a PC gamer too.

Well you've got pretty much all of the customisable car games down. I still play Forza 4 today because the things you can do to the cars in that game (like full engine/drivetrain swaps) just make it a great thing to mess around in... Even if the tracks tend to be horribly bright at certain points for no reason. I believe Race Driver Grid had barebones customization of cars although I can't remember if it went anything past different paint jobs. There's also the F1 games, where you can't really change the appearance of the cars but you can feel the difference of every change you make to the setup, f1 2013 is my personal favourite of the last gen f1 games. That's about it, really. The Gran Turismo games on PS3 are great too, and the consoles can be quite cheap if put the time in to find a good deal.

I played Race Driver Grid but got bored of it, I found the car's handling very weird.

I played MNC: LA, I got Forza Motorsport 4, I also have TDU2, when I bough the Xbox, I got a free disk of Forza Horizon 1.

FM4 takes the checkered flag with even the second place car 5 laps down. :P

Edit: oops, forgot FH2 was also on 360 so I'll say it's a photo finish and one's preference as to liking more sim or arcade.

I feel I should speak up for:

• Split/Second: Velocity
• Dirt 2 & 3
• Need For Speed Most Wanted (the first one on X360, not that Criterion cookie cutter)

@lamprey263: The original Most Wanted game is the most repetive game with the worst rubber banding AI outside of Burnout Paradise.

@itstotallymike: Midnight Club is a terrible game in every way. It looks, sounds and plays like shit.

I thought it was aight. No where near 3. Not even close. I realize it was a big stretch. The reality is OP needs to upgrade and play FH3 though.

Project Gotham Racing 3&4, really fun series.

@itstotallymike: Yes the OP does. I just found the that with MC you needed to stick to the road with hitting footpathes and the like would stop you if you hit a power pole etc. The map was boring and uninspiring, i didn't hate it, but i just didn't find it very enjoyable either, and i finished the entire career mode to see if it got any better, but it didn't :(

I already finished Gta V, still play it sometimes.
