Quantaum of Solace, the Goldeneye of today?

It's been a while since we've had a good James Bond first person shooter, think this will be any good?

Anyway, I dont see how Goldeneye was good. Keep in mind I wasnt a gamer then, I dont even know if I was born before it came out (1991) so I never played it untill last year and I thought it was horrible.

It's been a while since we've had a good James Bond first person shooter, think this will be any good?

By todays standards Goldeneye isnt that Impressive but when it came out it was awesome, I probaly wouldnt enjoy it now though but i wont bother playing it again ill just keep the good memoriesRasjr20

That's bullocks. I played the game last week and it kicks ass.

it may not look like an xbox 360 game, with HD resolution and a spotfree control scheme, but how many hours did you sit around playing multiplayer with your friends, talking trash about how much better you were at that game? i know i spent plenty. that game was the reason i BOUGHT a 64.

but back to the TC, i dont know that we will ever have another "goldeneye.." today is flooded with countless copycat FPSs, so the chances of that game being recreated...in Bond style or otherwise... is few and far between IMO. thats not to say it wont be great in its own right, but something about the original was pure...something i dont think we'll see ever again.

we'll just have to wait and see.

If you played it back when it came out you'd think it was the second coming of christ. Don't think something sucks just because it's old.

I'm going to have to disagree; look at Treyarch's other games.

Pshhh I still go back and play Goldeneye with my roomates. Its fun even though the graphics are horrible compared to such games today like Gears of War and Oblivion. Heck I still play mario for the regular nintendo and Ocarina of Time for the N64.IMonKI

treyarch has a good track record and matt is right,call of duty 3 is not as good as 4 but that dosent make it a bad game and call of duty 2 big red one is not as good as call of duty 2 but its still average and it dosent suck so what other games are you talking about?

Treyarch haven't made a good game (not including CoD 3 which isn't their franchise) since 2002. I think there's enough proof it'll suck.
