I want to play a four player game but i dont like the 3rd usb port being in the back of the 360 so can the 360 support a 4x usb hub? or any multi usb hub?

I would get Wireless controllers, but you would need a USB hub.

Perhaps, I guessing all they do it split up the one into two or more USB ports. I guessing it could, I mean you sending the signal to the 360 and it should register the devive aka controller. Call up Microsoft just to be sure.

Why don't you consider using a combination of wireless/wired controllers?

Yes, it supports a usb hub like this one >>http://www.nyko.com/nyko/products/?i=78

Plus you'll get a cardreader too.
